GND電極
まず、ローサイドFETのゲートに、配線をハンダ付け。
ここでも、ハンダブリッジには細心の注意が必要。
表面実装タイプのFETは、FETに近接してプルダウン抵抗等を実装するのが困難なのが玉に瑕。
余りの銅板で、GND電極を試作。
この手の折り曲げは、適切な長さで行うのが難しい。板金時に、正確な位置ではなかなか折れてくれない。
更に、幅も広過ぎる。このユニットはサーボが隣接するため、幅が広いと干渉する。
適切な幅で銅板を新しく切り出し、板金し直す。
これなら、許容範囲だ。
穴を開ける位置を、大雑把に確認しておく。モーター配線その他が通る穴が、必須。だから旧ユニットは、このような一体型のGND電極ではなかった。
